Established in 2014, the Good Gut Clinic is run by Marion O’Connor, a Highly Specialist Dietitian with over 25 years of clinical experience in both the NHS and private healthcare. The clinic operates primarily as a virtual service, with face-to-face consultations available in Northern Ireland.

Many of the individuals referred to the clinic present with chronic and complex gastrointestinal conditions. With a strong focus on patient-centred care, the clinic is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based advice. The clinic emphasises not only treatment, but also patient education and empowerment—supporting individuals to better understand their condition and manage it effectively long term.
